These Terms and Conditions of Rental govern the portable Wi-Fi router rental services offered on the website pocketwifimorocco.com.

The services are marketed and invoiced by KOKO L’ASTICOT, a French company. Logistics operations in Morocco (delivery, collection and equipment maintenance) are carried out by LERA CONCEPT SARL, acting as an independent logistics provider.

Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

**Article 1 – Identity of the Lessor**

KOKO L’ASTICOT is responsible for:
- Marketing the services
- Managing reservations
- Invoicing
- Processing payments

**Article 2 – Logistics Provider in Morocco**

Logistics operations are handled by:

LERA CONCEPT acts as an independent logistics provider, responsible solely for:
- Equipment delivery
- Equipment collection
- Technical maintenance

**Article 3 – Service Provided**

The service consists of the temporary rental of a portable Wi-Fi router enabling Internet access via the Moroccan mobile network. Connectivity is provided through Moroccan telecom operators’ networks.

The lessor does not guarantee:
- Full network coverage
- A minimum guaranteed speed

Performance may vary depending on:
- Geographic area
- Network conditions
- Mobile network congestion

**Article 4 – Reservation**

To make a reservation, the customer must provide:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Rental dates
- Delivery and return location

The reservation becomes final once payment is made. A confirmation is sent by email.

**Article 5 – Rental Conditions**

Minimum rental period: 2 days. The renter must be at least 18 years old and be present in Morocco during the rental period. The equipment remains the exclusive property of KOKO L’ASTICOT.

**Article 6 – Pricing and Payment**

Indicative price: €4.90 including VAT per day. Prices are stated in euros and include French VAT.

Payment is made online via:
- Bank card
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay

Payments are processed by the secure provider Stripe. Payment data is never stored by KOKO L’ASTICOT.

**Article 7 – Security Deposit**

A security deposit of €50 is required. This deposit may be made via:
- Bank pre-authorization
- Secure deposit link

The deposit may be used to cover:
- Loss of the equipment
- Damage
- Missing accessories
- Late return

The maximum amount retained is limited to €50.

**Article 8 – Delivery and Return**

Deliveries are currently available in the following cities:
- Marrakech
- Fes

Handover of the equipment may be confirmed by:
- Customer signature
- Written confirmation (WhatsApp or email)
- Photographic evidence
- Confirmation by the logistics provider

The customer undertakes to return the equipment on the agreed date. Any delay will result in additional billing of €4.90 per day.

**Article 9 – Use of the Equipment**

The renter is responsible for the equipment for the entire rental period. Any loss, theft or deterioration may be charged, up to the amount of the security deposit.

It is prohibited to:
- Disassemble the equipment
- Modify the firmware
- Use the service for illegal purposes

**Article 10 – Network Use**

The service is intended for temporary tourist use. The lessor reserves the right to limit or suspend the service in case of:
- Abusive use
- Fraudulent use
- Illegal activity

**Article 11 – Cancellation and Refund**

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services provided on a specific date. Any confirmed reservation is therefore firm and final. No refund will be made except in exceptional cases.

**Article 12 – Payment Disputes**

Any abusive payment dispute (chargeback) raised with a bank regarding a service effectively provided may result in administrative fees being charged up to €50. Validation of the order constitutes proof of consent to payment.

**Article 13 – Force Majeure**

The lessor cannot be held liable for the inability to perform the service in the event of force majeure, including:
- Mobile network disruptions
- Weather events
- Transport delays
- Circumstances beyond its control

**Article 14 – Applicable Law**

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of Marseille, France.
